Info products include digital publications, reports, and webinars. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

3. Goods

Physical items include printed materials and branded merchandise. Shipping is arranged via standard carriers.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consultation Services

Fees may be refunded if a written request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. To change the session time, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After a session has started, fees are not refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.

4.2 Info Products

A 14-day refund period applies to digital products, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, submit a request through our contact form. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition to the address above. To initiate a shipment-back, please use our contact form. Once received, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. Shipping charges are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as one-time custom reports or rapid-response services, are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of resources. Such conditions are highlighted before purchase.
